Returns & Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos to info@kitchenglassbacksplash.com. We offer:

  • ✅ Free replacement for damaged items (no extra cost)
  • ✅ Partial replacements for installation errors (only material fee)
  • ✅ Refunds for unused items within 14 days (buyer pays return shipping)

Note: Custom-sized or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
